Flow sterilization

Efficient production of a high quality nutrient medium is one of bottlenecks in the peak of the production season. On a standard basis, autoclaves or media preparators are used for its sterilization. If used properly, they give 100-percent reliability of nutrient sterility, however, it is an inefficient and energy consuming process.

The equipment developed at Vitroservice sterilizes the flowing nutrient, due to which efficiency problems are not production bottleneck anymore. Most importantly, plenty of time and energy is saved. That is because the equipment heats for a few seconds only the medium being sterilized.
