Nutrient dispensing and packing machine
The Nutrient Medium Dispensing and Packing Machine is used for dispensing the nutrient into sterile plastic cups. Our equipment is operated by just 2 people who after brief training are not only able to operate the Nutrient Medium Dispensing and Packing Machine, but the whole production line.
Process automation allows to eliminate human errors, which on the one hand results in a profitability increase, and on the other hand, a reduction of the production process time while increasing flexibility and comfort of operation.
The whole production line achieves a high capacity at 210 l/h, at the same time keeping the repeatability of parameters set.
Main design features:
- Automatic drive,
- Four-section turning table,
- Buffer tank enabling smooth operation and partial independence from the rest of the production process,
- Control by a PLC,
- Surface sterilization of plastic containers using UV radiation.
